Optimal health is much more than the absence of disease.

My definition of optimal health includes:

  • Minimal pain symptoms

  • Healthy gastrointestinal function

  • Energy in abundance

  • High quality sleep

  • Tolerable menstrual cycles

  • Healthy, sustainable weight FOR YOU, not for a BMI chart

  • Positive, happy feelings

  • A zest for life

  • The ability to create, to meet life's challenges and to be of service to others

My approach to health is comprehensive. When you come in to address one issue, such as weight loss,  and subsequently make positive nutrition and lifestyle changes, you positively impact multiple systems throughout your body. You also promote healing in all of your tissues.

Frequent comments I hear my clients say is that they feel younger, healthier, happier and have more freedom from their symptoms to do the things they want to do. Some people feel healthy for the first time since they were teenagers or young adults. That’s why I’m here. With expertise, empathy and effective coaching, I can help you take control of your health so you can get back to living a joyful, productive life.
